Andrea Smith is a NH licensed esthetician, health coach, and licensed esthetics instructor with over 18 years of experience training and mentoring professionals in the beauty and wellness industries. While building her own successful esthetics business, Andrea has always been dedicated to education, offering mentorship and training to help other professionals achieve lasting success. Through Shine Bright Training & Mentorship, she provides proven strategies, expert guidance, and practical tools to help service providers grow their businesses with confidence and clarity.
