Cancellation Policy:
To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. If a cancellation or reschedule request is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.

Mobile Phone Policy:
Please turn your phone to silent or vibrate while your visit. We want your experience to be relaxing and safe. This is especially important during lash services as your eyes will be closed the entire time and we may be using tools and products that could harm you if you open your eyes.

Refund Policy:
We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours.
Lash Extensions: Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, please contact us immediately and a removal will be offered free of charge.
